Most people need 7-9 hours of
sleep a night to function at full
capacity. Only about 1/3 of us
actually get it, and the rest are
sleep-deprived – except for the
3% of the population known as
the ‘sleepless elite,’ who actually
thrive on fewer than 6 hours of
sleep. They also tend to have very
upbeat moods, a faster metabolism,
and a higher pain tolerance. Source Source 2
